How to subscribe?

Choose your preferred subscription plan on our website, fill in the required information, and complete the payment to start your sticker journey.

When will the theme be updated?

The theme will be updated on the 20th of each month.

What happens when I subscribe for the first time?

When you subscribe for the first time, you will be charged immediately and gain access to the current theme available on the page.

When will my subscription renew?

The same day of the month as when the initial order was made

When will my order be shipped?

For your initial subscription, we will arrange for shipment within 7 days. For each subsequent renewal, we will ship your order within 3 business days after successful payment processing on each month.

What are the delivery times?

  • US, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Austria, Japan, South Korea: 7-15 days
  • All other countries: 15-30 days

Shipping Method

Free worldwide shipping is included in all plans, and the entire shipping process is trackable. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order is shipped.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, and it will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Log in to your account and go to the “My Account - Subscription management” page to perform the cancellation.

How to pause my subscription?

If you’re not a fan of this month’s theme, you can head to “My Account - Subscription management” before your next billing date, select your plan, and click “Skip” to skip this month’s box.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Contac tinfo@snseasy.com with your order details. Include “Missing Delivery” in the subject line.
