Delivery Guarantee
Our delivery guarantee ensures that your order will be delivered within 65 working days. If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if the non-delivery of your package is due to customer-related issues, such as refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept the package upon delivery, or failure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information.

Reshipment
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, we will provide a free reshipment.
If the issue is due to customer-related reasons, such as refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept the package upon delivery, or failure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information., the customer will be required to pay an additional 25% of the product value as shipping fees to arrange for a reshipment.

All mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items.

2. Non-Mystery Box Items
Non-mystery box items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Please adhere to the following conditions:

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. They should be unworn, undamaged, and free from any alterations or resizing.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
