Delivery Guarantee
Our delivery guarantee ensures that your order will be delivered within 65 working days. If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if the non-delivery of your package is due to customer-related issues, such as refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept the package upon delivery, or failure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information.
Reshipment
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, we will provide a free reshipment.
If the issue is due to customer-related reasons, such as refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept the package upon delivery, or failure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information., the customer will be required to pay an additional 25% of the product value as shipping fees to arrange for a reshipment.
